Campaign development, storytelling, asset creation, analytics reporting — here is my process from end-to-end.

What’s the High Level?

In this initial stage, I collaborate with clients to distill their wants into goals. What are we trying to achieve; more business inquiries? Maximum ticket sales for an event? Connections with community and industry? These bottom line aspirations will guide the rest of the process including messaging and KPIs.

Setting a Course

Now that we have a destination, we can begin charting a roadmap. At this point, final deliverables are determined based on the campaign’s high level goals and messaging.

Research and Process

Topics and content are researched and broken into trackable tasks; timelines, calendars and work processes are established; contributors and roles are finalized; KPIs and milestones are identified and risks, float, and budget are factored in and accounted for.

Diving In

With a clear and detailed plan of action, the campaign is put in motion. Expectations are set and production begins on deliverables. This stage follows a cycle of asset creation, review, edit and approval. Throughout this process, I oversee task management and internal and external communications on progress. After deliverables are launched, I begin monitoring their performance based on the established KPIs. For the campaign’s duration, I determine where we may need to correct course both for final deliverables and the process for producing them.

Closing Out

Once the campaign has run it course, I gather and analyze the final reporting data and, if this is a recurring campaign or project, take stock of where the process can be improved for future.
