Case Study 1: Reels Campaign
The client felt it was time to expand their worker and client bases. We discussed what factors would entice people to join their team - company values and ethos, community driven office culture — and from there I identified what content and actionable items would translate into more brokers and potential clients attending their classes and events.

As I determined that it made most sense to utilize Instagram reels and began researching what content other industry leaders were making.
After creating a content strategy, planning out an editorial calendar and establishing a timeline, I communicated with the client to set expectations for the working process and final deadlines. The campaign was to run for four months with 1-2 reels per week. The content was education and industry focused mixed with promotion for the client’s upcoming programming.
At the end of the campaign’s run, the client reported roughly double their original attendance estimate at their events and attendance of potential recruits at their classes increased by roughly 30%.
